LAKE CHARLES - The Democratic Treasurers Association has announced its endorsement of Dustin Granger in the race for Louisiana Treasurer. The DTA's endorsement joins Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards, Louisiana Public Service Commissioner Davante Lewis, former U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu, the United Rural Democrats, and Civil Rights Activist and former US Senate candidate Gary Chambers, Jr.

“I am proud to announce that the Democratic Treasurers Association has endorsed my candidacy for Louisiana Treasurer,” said Dustin Granger. “This group features Treasurers from nearly half of the United States and is based on 8 policy principles I share, including a commitment to advocate for long-term thinking and planning to keep our state financially stable and successful over the long term despite climate change and other systemic risks. This endorsement represents a significant milestone, highlighting our shared commitment to promoting economic justice, fiscal responsibility, and a brighter future for all Louisianans.”
